Childrens Road Safety
The regerphant is our children's road safety character. It appears as a cartoon on the back of our tri-monthly newsletter. In each edition a new character, typical for not being road aware, encounters regerphant and learns how to behave safely out on the streets. In the the first edition Fast Freddie the Frog learns how to slow down, use the Green Cross Code and cross the road safely. In future issues regerphant promotes children's road safety with new friends Hasty Henry the Hedgehog and Posing Patsy the Pigeon.
Promoting children's road safety the regerphant teaches and encourages children to use the Green Cross Code, attend cycling profficiency courses and generally raise awareness in children's road safety. The children are the drivers of the future, regerphant wants lets keep them safe and make them road aware.
The regerphant along with the "reger-me girls", loves to meet the public. Our cuddly character goes out and about on tour, visiting venues and events in the UK. Watch this space and see if the regerphant is promoting children's road safety in your area and get a free car sticker for Mum or Dad
